8 Sajdah Duas from Authentic Hadith
Sajdah Du‘a #1
Say three times:
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْاَعْلٰى
I declare the perfection and majesty of my Lord, who is above all.
Subhaana Rabbiyal-A‘la
This hadith has been collected by the Sunan compilers and Imam Ahmad.

سُبْحَانَكَ اللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّنَا وَبِحَمْدِكَ، اَللّٰهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِيْ
O Allah! Our Lord! I proclaim Your perfection and majesty along with Your praise. O Allah! Forgive me.
Subhaana-kallaahumma Rabbanaa wa bihamdika Allaahummaghfir lee

Sajdah Du‘a #3
سُبُّوْحٌ، قُدُّوْسٌ، رَبُّ الْمَلَاۤئِكَةِ وَالرُّوْحِ
(He/You are) Perfectly free from all defects, Most Holy and Majestic; the Lord of the angels and the Spirit (Jibreel).

Sajdah Du‘a #4
اَللّٰهُمَّ لَكَ سَجَدْتُ وَبِكَ اٰمَنْتُ، وَلَكَ اَسْلَمْتُ، سَجَدَ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِيْ خَلَقَهُ، وَصَوَّرَهُ، وَشَقَّ سَمْعَهُ وَبَصَرَهُ، تَبَارَكَ اللّٰهُ اَحْسَنُ الْخَالِقِيْنَ
O Allah! For You alone I have prostrated, in You alone I have believed, and to You alone I have submitted. My face has prostrated to the One who created it, shaped it, and opened its hearing and sight. Blessed is Allah, the Best of creators.
Allaahumma laka sajadtu wa bika aamantu wa laka aslamtu. Sajada wajhiya lilladhee khalaqahu wa sawwarahu wa shaqqa sam‘ahu wa basarahu, tabaarakallaahu ahsanul-khaaliqeen

Sajdah Du‘a #5
سُبْحَانَ ذِي الْجَبَرُوْتِ، وَالْمَلَكُوْتِ، وَالْكِبْرِيَاۤءِ، وَالْعَظَمَةِ
I declare the perfection and majesty of the One who possesses absolute might, vast dominion, immense glory, and incomparable greatness.
Subhaana dhee al-jabarooti wal-malakooti wal-kibriyaa’i wal-‘azhamati

اَللّٰهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِيْ ذَنْبِيْ كُلَّهٗ، دِقَّهٗ وَجِلَّهٗ، وَاَوَّلَهٗ وَاٰخِرَهٗ، وَعَلَانِيَتَهٗ وَسِرَّهٗ
O Allah! Forgive me all of my sins—its small and its great, its first and its last, its open and its hidden.
Allaahummaghfir lee dhanbee kullahu, diqqahu wa jillahu, wa awwalahu wa aakhirahu, wa ‘alaaniyyatahu wa sirrahu

Sajdah Du‘a #7
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِرِضَاكَ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ، وَبِمُعَافَاتِكَ مِنْ عُقُوبَتِكَ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْكَ، لَا أُحْصِي ثَنَاءً عَلَيْكَ، أَنْتَ كَمَا أَثْنَيْتَ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ
O Allah! I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your displeasure, and in Your pardon from Your punishment, and I seek refuge in You from You. I am not capable of enumerating praise of You; You are as You have praised Yourself.
Allah-humma inni a‘ūdhu bi-riḍāka min sakhaṭika, wa bi-mu‘āfātika min ‘uqūbatika, wa a‘ūdhu bika minka, lā uḥṣī thanā’an ‘alayka, anta kamā athnaita ‘alā nafsika.

Sajdah Du‘a #8
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ فِي قَلْبِي نُورًا، وَفِي سَمْعِي نُورًا، وَفِي بَصَرِي نُورًا، وَعَنْ يَمِينِي نُورًا، وَعَنْ شِمَالِي نُورًا، وَأَمَامِي نُورًا، وَخَلْفِي نُورًا، وَفَوْقِي نُورًا، وَتَحْتِي نُورًا، وَاجْعَلْ لِي نُورًا، (وَاجْعَلْنِي نُورًا) وَاجْعَلْ فِي نَفْسِي نُورًا، (وَفِي عَصَبِي نُورًا، وَفِي لَحْمِي نُورًا، وَفِي دَمِي نُورًا، وَفِي شَعْرِي نُورًا، وَفِي بَشَرِي نُورًا)، اللَّهُمَّ أَعْطِنِي نُورًا
O Allah, place in my heart light, in my hearing light, in my sight light, on my right light, on my left light, in front of me light, behind me light, above me light, beneath me light. Grant me light, make me light, place in my soul light, in my nerves light, in my flesh light, in my blood light, in my hair light, and in my skin light. O Allah, grant me light.
Allah-hummaj‘al fī qalbī nūran, wa fī sam‘ī nūran, wa fī baṣarī nūran, wa ‘an yamīnī nūran, wa ‘an shimālī nūran, wa amāmī nūran, wa khalfī nūran, wa fawqī nūran, wa taḥtī nūran, wa-j‘al lī nūran, wa-j‘alnī nūran, wa-j‘al fī nafsī nūran, wa fī ‘aṣabī nūran, wa fī laḥmī nūran, wa fī damī nūran, wa fī sha‘rī nūran, wa fī basharī nūran, Allahumma a‘ṭinī nūran.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would say this du‘a during prayer or in sajdah.
