The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“After the fasts of Ramadan, the most rewarding fasts are those of the month of Allah, Al-Muharram.”

Fasting Dates:
9th Muharram | July 5 | Saturday Day before Ashura
10th Muharram | July 6 | Sunday Ashura Day
11th Muharram | July 7 | Monday Day after Ashura
12th Muharram | July 8 | Tuesday Optional/Nafl fast
13th Muharram | July 9 | Wednesday Ayyam-e-Beed fast
14th Muharram | July 10 | Thursday Ayyam-e-Beed fast
15th Muharram | July 11 | Friday Ayyam-e-Beed fast
Narrated by Jarir ibn Abdullah (RA):
“Fasting three days every month is like fasting for a lifetime. The days of Ayyam-e-Beed are the 13th, 14th, and 15th of every lunar month.”
(Sunan an-Nasa’i, 2410)
“Whoever fasts one day for the sake of Allah, Allah will keep his face away from Hellfire for seventy autumns.”
