The Final Consequence of Masturbation
There was a young man in a village named Qasim. He was handsome, the only son cherished by his mother. Though he didn’t pray five times a day, he would sometimes go to the mosque for Jumu’ah. His days were filled with chatting with friends, joking, and watching obscene videos on his mobile and the internet.
Gradually, Shaytaan weakened his heart.
He became so addicted to masturbation that he would do it 2–3 times a day.
He knew he was harming himself —
But he was trapped by his desires and the deception of Shaytaan.
One night, while everyone was asleep, Qasim locked his room and started watching obscene content on his mobile and committing the sinful act. Suddenly, he felt pain in his chest. He struggled to breathe. Realizing his end was near, he tried to perform ablution and make intention for Salah, but by then —
Death had already arrived at his door.
No one knew that his soul had left that night.
In the morning, his dead body was found on the bed —
His face was distorted, his eyes wide open, and his right hand was placed on his body in such a way that everyone was horrified to see it.
When a religious scholar was called to bathe the body,
they noticed a strange, unpleasant odor coming from it.
While putting on the burial shroud,
they struggled to close his mouth and eyes.
One scholar remarked:
“Whoever engages in sinful acts continuously, Allah humiliates his death. The punishment in the grave will be so terrifying that it cannot be imagined.”
When the body was lowered into the grave,
the soil sank unusually as if something inside was pulling it downward.
Many present understood —
he had become a victim of Allah’s wrath.
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
“Whoever masturbates, on the Day of Judgment his hand will testify against him in a disgraceful state, and that very hand will be punished with fire.”
Lesson:
This worldly life is temporary.
Falling into the trap of desires and Shaytaan can lead to destruction.
If you engage in such haram acts, severe torment awaits after death.
Repent now. Start offering your five daily prayers.
Turn away from these sinful acts.
If you return to Allah today,
you won’t have to be burned in the cage of fire in your grave with your hands and feet tied.
